High-temperature 2" tri-clamp gaskets, five per pack.

Every tri-clamp joint on the machine needs a gasket, and every gasket is a consumable. Repeated heat cycling gradually hardens and compresses the material until the joint starts weeping steam or liquid — which is both a scald hazard and a quiet drag on how fast the chamber reaches pressure.

Replace a gasket when:

  • You see steam or moisture escaping at the joint
  • The gasket has hardened, cracked or taken a permanent set
  • You have to overtighten the clamp to stop a leak

Gaskets should seal easily with a hand-tightened clamp. If they don't, replace them rather than cranking down — overtightening warps the clamp and forces you to replace that too.

Five to a pack so you have spares on the shelf rather than a stopped machine.
