High-temperature 1.5" tri-clamp gaskets, five per pack.

The 1.5" size covers most of the smaller connections on a Blue Myco sterilizer — the water level sensor fitting, blowoff and venting connections, hose barbs, and any other 1.5" joint on the vessel.

Replace a gasket when:

  • Steam or moisture escapes at the joint
  • The gasket has hardened, cracked or flattened out
  • You have to overtighten the clamp to get a seal

A worn gasket lets liquid and steam escape the vessel, which is a burn and scald hazard, not just a nuisance. Check the joints as part of your daily pre-start walkaround and keep spares on hand.

Hand-tighten clamps only. Overtightening warps the clamp and means replacing the assembly.
