Stainless 4" tri-clamp for sanitary joints on your Blue Myco sterilizer. One gasket included.

Tri-clamps hold every pipe joint and fitting on the machine together — process lines, the bottom water drain, pressure gauge connections, venting pipework. Anywhere there is a joint, there is a clamp and a gasket doing the work.

Replace a clamp if:

• It has warped and no longer pulls the joint square
• The threads or wing nut are galled or damaged
• You cannot get a clean seal with a fresh gasket

Hand-tighten only. Overtightening is the single most common way these get destroyed — it warps the clamp and forces replacement of the whole assembly. Check all clamps daily as part of your pre-start inspection and adjust rather than crank.
