2" Tri-Clamp — Sanitary Stainless

Stainless 2" tri-clamp for sanitary joints on your Blue Myco sterilizer.

Clamps hold every pipe joint and fitting on the machine together — process lines, the bottom water drain, pressure gauge connections, venting pipework. Anywhere there is a joint, there is a clamp and a gasket doing the work, and both are wear items.

Replace a clamp if:

• It has warped and no longer pulls the joint square
• The threads or wing nut are galled or damaged
• You cannot get a clean seal with a fresh gasket

Hand-tighten only. Overtightening warps the clamp and means replacing the assembly. Pair with a 2" gasket, sold separately in packs of five.
