Blue Myco Heavy-Duty Steam-Flow Trays For Myco Bags & Jars

Upgrade the capacity, airflow, and efficiency of your Blue Myco 1180L or 550L autoclave with the Steam-Flow Stainless Steel Trays — a custom-engineered perforated deck that slides directly onto your existing racking. Designed specifically for high-density grain or substrate bag sterilization, these trays create a rigid, level platform that holds more bags while ensuring full 360° steam penetration. Laser cut 3/8" holes provide plenty of air flow while providing a rigid flat surface for bags, jars and more! 

Each tray is fabricated in the USA from NAS-certified 304/304L stainless steel, sourced directly from North American Stainless.  The sheet meets ASTM A240 and ASME SA240 standards and is 48 gauge (.0463" thick) — the ideal balance of strength, rigidity, and rapid heat transfer for industrial autoclave use.

Perforated with precise airflow holes, the Steam-Flow tray prevents cold spots, improves cycle consistency, and increases total autoclave load volume without modifying your machine.

These trays are built for mycology labs, commercial spawn producers, and sterilization-heavy workflows that demand absolute durability, traceability, and performance.
